In todays busy lifestyle schedule, taking time to stop and take a good look at ourselves in the mirror is not something that we choose to do. We need to look deeper than the skin layer of ourself to fully understand and appreciate what it is that makes us the way we are. When we decide to examine ourself more closely, we may find the disire to make a change. What is it that we are looking for when we look into the mirror? A lot of people may be able to glance and approve, but deep down, find that they are not trully happy with the way they are.
Our self aproval is one of the key factors in opening doors that were once previously closed. Our projection of our self worth is what leeds us. It is only when we find the courage and desire to change something about ourself , that we discover more about ourself than we previously wanted to acknowledge.
